Board Member at Legia Warszawa - biggest Polish football and multi sports club - as well as CEO of Legia's subsidiary company responsible for construction and operations of club's new state of the art training facilities and R&D center. He is also member of the Supervisory Board of Legia Warszawa Basketball.

Tomasz is a general manager and lawyer with over 14 years of experience among others in complex infrastructural projects and a proven track record in sports and entertainment industry including preparations to and staging of major sporting events (UEFA EURO 2012, EHF EURO 2016), construction and operations of modern multifunctional venues (including management of PGE National Stadium in Warsaw), as well as advising clubs, sporting federations and governmental authorities.


Head of the Legia Lab Research and Development Center. Responsible for coordinating the process of research, development and disseminating the science at Legia.

A well-experienced scientist, physiologist and consultant in the field of implementing science achievements in sports practice. At the Institute of Sport, he managed the research and implementation department, and was supervising more than 20 researches and scientific projects. Consultant and jury member in acceleration programs:  representing corporate partners, startups and supporting the development of technological solutions in sports. Editor-in-chief in Biology of Sport – the scientific journal with Impact Factor score.


From the age of 12 Pezaro had been competing in international swimming competitions. Following her exemption from military service with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), she volunteered to service and was certified as a swimming instructor. She took part at the 2004 Summer Paralympics and the 2008 Summer Paralympics. Pezaro won a silver medal on the opening day of the 2008 Beijing Paralympics, after coming in second place in the 100-meter freestyle competition. She set a new Israeli record with 1:12.57 minutes. Pezaro claimed her second medal, finishing second in the 200 meters freestyle S5 competition. Bela Hlavackova of the Czech Republic beat Pezaro in the women's 100 breast SB4, giving Inbal her third silver medal of the Beijing Paralympics. Pezaro emerged as one of the country's biggest stars in the Paralympics in Beijing. She won a bronze medal in the 2016 Rio Paralympics 200 meter freestyle, coming in at 3:38.20 minutes.

Prof. Scheinowitz is the Director of the Sylvan Adams Sports Institute, Tel Aviv University. Until recently, he was the Chair of the Department of Biomedical Engineering. He was also the founder and the director of the Biomedical Technology Innovation Program (BioMedTech) at Tel Aviv University.

In addition, Prof. Scheinowitz is the Head of Siim Campus for Coaches and Instructors at Tel Aviv University Sports Center. Prof. Scheinowitz is a member of the European Network for Health Enhancing Physical Activity, World Health Organization. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and served as a Member of the EIM (Exercise is Medicine) Educational Committee.
